Are you still shipping with the Coronavirus issue worldwide?

Yes! As a business we're operating normally.

Most of our packages are still being delivered in the time frames we state below and on our product pages.

However, please note we are seeing some delays with certain global shipping routes to countries outside the US. Usually these delays are minor, but occasionally they add an extra 4-7 days to shipping speeds.

Most of our customers are not affected though, and we do ask you to be patient if there is a delay!

What is your shipping policy?

We offer 100% free shipping to any country in the world on all of our products unless specifically stated otherwise!

If there are any exceptions, we state it on the product page!

What are your shipping speeds?

We ship for FREE internationally! 

We ship to every country in the world! We have already delivered to over 30 countries and counting!

Here are your expected shipping speeds BY COUNTRY:

  • United States: Over 90% of packages arrive between 4-12 business days, not including weekends.
  • Canada: Over 90% arrive between 6-15 business days.
  • Western Europe (Spain, Portugal, Germany etc): Over 90% arrive between 8-16 business days.
  • Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, etc): Over 90% arrive between 10-18 business days.
  • New Zealand and Australia: Over 90% arrive within 10-15 business days.
  • Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, etc): Over 90% arrive between 2-6 weeks.
  • Central and South America (Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, etc): Over 90% arrive between 2-5 weeks.
  • Africa (Egypt, South Africa, etc): Over 90% arrive between 2-8 weeks.
  • Asia (China, Philippines, Japan, etc): Over 90% arrive between 1-3 weeks.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please note that shipping times vary based on the product and your location - because our suppliers are located all over the globe!

Shipping on some products may arrive within a few days. Sometimes it may take a few weeks. It depends on the location of our warehouse and where you are located.

If there's a longer shipping time, please be patient! We promise it's coming, and you will get a tracking code to keep track of your shipment.

Also note that we will inform you ahead of time on the product page what the average shipping speed is of the product you are ordering.

How do I track my order?

A few days after you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number!

You can use the link we give you to track your order!

But if for some reason that doesn't work, the second easiest way to track your order is to copy and paste that tracking number into this address.

You will receive regular updates on that page until it arrives at your doorstep!

If you don't have a tracking number in a few days, please check your spam or promotions folders. Sometimes they get sent to there!

Do I have to be a nurse to order?

Despite our name, no!

We started our business because we felt like nurses are very under served in some very important areas. 

But we 100% know that our other amazing health (and non-health) professions need help as well! We've also served teachers, EMTs, respiratory therapists, firefighters, police, and a lot more!

If you feel like one of our products would help you, feel free to make a purchase!

What currency do you charge me in?

We are an American company so we charge everything in US Dollars.

Typically if we see any confusion about this, it's with our New Zealand and Australia customers.

What is your cancellation policy?

We will honor order cancellations if you request one before your order has been shipped!

Unfortunately, since we can't stop an order in transit, we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Please note that after your order has been placed, sending the package out can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, so there is no set time frame that we can guarantee a cancelation.

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns on all products within 30 days of delivery except for underwear, custom apparel, and custom jewelry.

We also offer replacements if your shipment is broken, lost, or if there was somehow an error in the order.

We also do free size replacements for items like glasses, socks, the Babe Brace, our comfort underwear, and so forth.

We understand the concern of all of our nurses to protect their privacy and credit card information.

Therefore we have a simple approach to privacy: we will never give away your information, ever. We will never sell it to anyone either.

All of your credit card information is 100% secure with our protected payment system.

We do NOT store your credit card number - or even have access to it!

We also use high-security SSL encryption, the most common type of high-security encryption that is used to secure website data.

Lastly, we will email you at times with special promotions if you indicate that it is ok for us to send you emails when you check out.
